Could i really loose 1000 calories by doing the 1000 calorie workouts on Instagram and tumblr?
If I were to do one of those burn 1000 calorie workouts on Instagram or tumblr would I really loose the calories? Have you ever tried it and did it work? If it works, if I do one of the workouts once a day for 4 days would I loose a pound?
