I have changed my password because I was sending out spam. Now I am receiving multiple spam e-mails.?

Question

The title of the email is a person's name and the title has jumbled up letters Why am I getting so many of these now. I get abou 6-8 a day. Also today someone got a spam from me. Should I change my password again.
