Should i go into the Air Force?

I want to get a bachelors degree in a science and do ROTC as well. I was wondering if i should still join the Air Force even though my family doesn't want me to join. Isn't it my life? should i still join no matter what they say?

You do ROTC in college, not on active duty.

No, just live in their basement the rest of your life and let them make all your decisions for you! Jeez!
