what causes rusty water to leak from the bottom of my car?

If u use only water or more water than coolant the inside of the radiator will rust. The fact that its leaking rust water could b just that...a leak. could also be water trapped somewhere In ur cars frame. What kind of car is it?

Could possibly be coolant leaking from the cooling system your car, which means you have rust buildup inside of the engine coolant passages and/or the radiator. Try looking underneath your car to see where the leak is coming from, I would also do a cooling system flush on your car.
