What kind of saltwater fish is this?

It looked like a baby peacock bass but it wasn't because it was in saltwater, had teeth, and they're not in the area. (Port St. Lucie, Florida) I would have a picture the the darn little thing jumped back into the water.

Piggy Perch, is my guess. Look them up. Kinda greenish with thick splotches. Could be a Pinfish too, but piggy perch are more bass shaped.

If you catch another put a hook in it and throw it out on heavy rod. Big redfish go bonkers over them.
