how long do i need to run to lose weight?
im 14 and i am fat. i have a lot of weight around my stomach and thighs and im starting to get bingo wings-_- and im not very happy. i decided that after my exams (may) that i will start up running everyday or everyother day and i wanted to know how long to run and how long until i lose the weight?

about 30 Minute seems reasonable, but do it Everyday. And also change your diet plan

One summer when I was 16 and overweight I ran 8-10 miles almost daily for a month and a half, did take 2 weeks before I hand the stamina for 10 miles mind you, but I got very skinny, even too skinny in that time.
