Temporary tsuke yaeba tooth?

I'm hoping someone from Japan or someone in dentistry who is familiar with tsuke yaeba can help. I'm an actor and am undertaking a role in which I need to temporarily alter my teeth so they are imperfect - I have an american smile. I know the procedure is performed under dental supervision and even in some salons in Japan, but I wondered if there is such a thing as an at home kit to buy online or even ready to go teeth which you can snap on?

I'm aware this is an unusual question but I'd appreciate any legitimate help or information available.
