digestive problem due to healthier lifestyle?

in january i started to regularly exercise - i joined a gym. i used to run outside but i wanted to do more than that so i joined

i changed my eating habits - no frozen meals like hot pockets, barely any form of snacking food, mostly produce, sandwiches, eggs, cereal, etc

no i have bloating everyday almost around since feb. i have gas pains and cramps.

is this due to too much fiber? and my healthier lifestyle? am i allergic to gluten? last week i stopped eating gluten, i barely eat any meat now, i want to know what is causing all this discomfort!

    im having the same problem and i dont know whats causing it really, its horrible :(
