    Cyber Bullying is:

Cyberbullying is similar to other types of bullying, except it takes place online and through text messages sent to cell phones. Cyberbullies can be classmates, online acquaintances, and even anonymous users, but most often they do know their victims.

Some examples of ways kids bully online are

Sending someone mean or threatening emails, instant messages, or text messages

Excluding someone from an instant messenger buddy list or blocking their email for no reason

Tricking someone into revealing personal or embarrassing information and sending it to others

Breaking into someone's email or instant message account to send cruel or untrue messages while posing as that person

Creating websites to make fun of another person such as a classmate or teacher

Using websites to rate peers as prettiest, ugliest, etc.

Cyber bullying is the mental harassment of a person on purpose on the Internet. New Jersey has the most enforcements on cyber bullying. Cyber bullying can be tracked by ip addresses, and even taken out of the computer itself by specialists including the FBI who can get info from even a dead computer HD. Many online games enforce rules against cyber bullying, actually all I know do. Cyber bullying may include threats, name calling, hacking, ruining someone's life, awful jokes about people. (I myself helps enforce rules against cyber bullying on The Emblem Brigade forums which has nothing to do with this.) every one should help enforce rules against cyber bullying whenever possible.

Okay basically, cyber bullying is when you bully someone in chats or by texting it won't be you telling them straight to they're face but you'll hurt them anyways and it has a very huge impact on kids, I've never been cyber bullied but I was bullied when I was younger for being girly so I can relate to bullied people you can also put a video they showed us in my school about a guy who got cyber bullied and in the end he committed suicide, you can check many stories on YouTube they'll probably help you :)
