Diets are stupid, and this is the reason why. You feel guilty when you've gone off them, they screw with your head, and you never feel satisfied because you always feel empty and like you're not getting enough, thus why you cheat and whole cycle starts over again.
I don't diet, but I do eat healthier and make healthier choices. I get a chicken sandwich instead of a double cheeseburger. I'll have some carrots instead of chips one day. I'll eat some fruits, rather than have a candy bar. Just a few healthy swaps through out the day really pay off, make a difference, and is how we SHOULD be eating all the time, not just when we diet.
And you bet your butt that when I want that double cheeseburger, those chips, and that candy, I eat it because I want to, not to cheat or have a free day. I'm not obese, or even fat by any means. I don't believe in dieting because it doesn't work. Healthy eating and moderation always have and always will.
