This is a question of buoyancy.

You need the density of helium: .1785kg/m³@0°C

and the density of air: 1.2754kg/m³@0°C

10 m³ helium weighs 1.785kg

10 m³ air weighs 12.754 kg

12.754kg (air displaced) - 1.785kg (weight of helium) = net lift = 10.969kg

10.969kg - 3 kg (balloon weight) = 7.969kg remaining lift to be balanced
