Part of losing weight isn't so much dramatically changing what you eat, it's about portions. You can eat some of the same foods, just eat less of them. For example, eat 2 slices of pizza instead of 3-4, etc. However, it is a good idea to slightly change what you eat. You could eat a healthy cereal for breakfast (I prefer Special K), and then some healthy meals along the way. I once started eating slightly more healthy and less portion sizes, and lost 10-15 pounds in 2-3 weeks; I don't know if your weight loss would be that easy, as it all depends on the person, but it's worth a try.
Another part of losing weight is exercise. I recommend running a few times a week. Cardio is what you really need. Ride a bike/stationary bike, use exercise machines, visit a gym, etc.
I think it would be wise to visit a trainer, who would be more professional and make a personal plan, which would probably help more than answerers on here.
Best of luck!
