    I think the teachers involved should all be fired. On the other hand, the whole "No child left behind" thing is a farce. Standardized tests do a very poor job of helping students learn or become ready to join the work force as adults. Most teachers know this, so they don't take it seriously. If you pay teachers based on whether or not students can pass the test (as opposed to whether or not students are learning something useful), it stands to reason that some of them will insure that the students pass the test. It isn't right that they do this, but it certainly isn't a surprise.

    If I were a student these days, I'd be very anger. The quality of education in the United States is getting worse and worse.
