What are some contemporary R&B singers/songs?

Question

I'd like to cover more contemporary R&B songs on YouTube. I've already done some, but I need more ideas for artists and songs. Preferably female, but male works too. My biggest challenge is finding a song that is appropriate for a 15 year old girl to sing. I must be careful in what I say on my channel because my family members sometimes watch my videos. And R&B music isn't always appropriate!

P.S. Other genres I am looking for are blues, soul, etc.
