How to translate a windows application?

I got an important windows application I am working on. It is in Chinese and there is no translation of it.
How will I be able to read it ?

Update 2: [SOLVED] Someone just answer the following and get the best answer:
Use Resource Hacker, can be found everywhere (google it)
Click on the buttons, copy the chinese words and translate them (google translate ...)
