學生簽證變觀光簽證問題

Question

我現在在美國讀書但因為些許因素我的學生簽證被吊銷不被許可

學校顧問說可以在發給我學生簽證

但我心裡想著想換學校

所以我並沒有想再繼續跟學校用學生簽證

我想要回台灣一個月弄好觀光簽證

再來美國

大概只待不到三個月

這樣可以嗎?

AIT會部會不讓我過

因為我原本是學生簽證但後來馬上又要聲請觀光簽

AIT會部會拒絕我?

You are risking everything.

If you stay less than 3 months, new Taiwanese passport (with chip) and ESTA will do the job without getting any visa, if you simply want to "travel".

You don't really need a visa for that.

However - it will depend on how long you have stayed in the U.S. If you have stayed for a month, sure. But if you have stayed for a while and you are doing a turnaround. Even AIT approves a visa to you, it does not mean CBP will elt you in.

You should wait.

不要逾留在美國超過時間就可以了。

不過妳的(些許因素) 會影響妳的簽證！
