How much do athletes with world records get?

Like david rudisha the 800M world record holder or the mile or the 5k or 10k!!!

    Some track meets will pay if an athlete sets a world record at their meet.

    Some countries give athletes money when the set records.

    There is no governing body that awards cash to athletes for setting a record just because they set a record.
