youtube problem help!!!!?

Question

I'm trying to watch YouTube videos and it wont let me, it says "The Adobe Flash Play is required for playback. Get the latest Flash Player" so I click on get the latest flash player and I download it and everything and blah blah blah and I get to the end and click "finish" then it takes me to this page where it says that the installation was successful, but then when i go back to youtube it just says the same thing and wont let me watch any videos,

this is extremely irritating, PLEASE help me!
