How to lose weight without moving?

I want to lose weight but I don't like moving. Help

    You will have your wish when you're a corpse. Otherwise, it's not healthy or advisable to not move. Pretty much a "duh" moment there.

    Remember to take most of your daily calories from good crabs and to maintain the balance between the amount of proteins and fats you eat. Also, make sure you eat enough to keep your body functioning properly – if your daily calorie intake is much lower than your needs, your body will enter the starvation mode and store lots of calories for later use, turning them into fats.

    To prevent this and lose weight on a continuous basis during your raw eating regimen, eat whenever you’re hungry, but keep portions as small as possible and create a caloric deficit each day by burning more calories than you eat.

    yes, it is definately possible. try to drink about 3 ltrs of water a day. water requirements depend on your weight, if you are over 100 kg try to drink four liters. space it out through the day. Don't drink it all at once. It can have negative effects (make you pee it straight out, and dehidrate you. Try to eat healthy and nutritious foods. Green leafy vegetables, broccoli, onions, garlic, avacado & nuts (in moderation) 1/2 an avacado, a small hadful of nuts per day. fish, fresh fruit (if you have diabeties then limit fruit intake and other sugary foods) olive oil and coconut oil (maderation) maybe 2tbs a day. basically lots of vegies and good quality fish. oats, nuts, seeds, multigrain bread try not to have more that 2 slices per day. have potatoes if you like but not too many. You could try sweet potatoe:).. Goats milk and lots more yummy nutritious foods. make the bulk of your diet vegies. If you can it would also be great if you could try walking a little. Even if it is just to the letter box and back. Try make it a little longer over time until you are going for short walks and then short walks can lead to long walks and long walks can lead to fast walks and fast walks can lead to jogging. Of course it will take time, but if you put your mind to it you can do it! :) (that is if your lack of mobility is due to exhaustion from the extra weight) If it isn't im sorry if i upset you. maybe go see a doctor and see if they could help you out.     sorry to dissapoint you but the only way to loose weight without moving is to starve your self and that is not healthy and bad stuff can happend so id say just get up and go for a run or play sports or something

    eat a low carb diet.

    since you don't like moving you don't need a lot of carbs for energy.
