行李延遲 第六天才收到

各位好

我是搭三月一號的國泰航空CX163的班機到墨爾本

當天到機場之後我照著班機號碼到我該去的行李處的行李一小時過後大家都拿完了

我得遲遲不出現,跟當地的行李處說明我的行李找不到,他只叫我到另一處超大行李區找又找了一個小時又沒有,因為語言不是很通,慢慢敘述我的行李大小形狀,很奇怪得是我案件編號都給它了~她卻收尋不到,後來給我一張行李事故申報表叫我等候通知,過了2天打電話去還是叫我繼續等,第三天再打還是沒有我就直接打回臺灣的國泰,之後才收詢到我的行李停留在香港轉機的問題沒上去,很納悶的是

為啥這邊辦事效率這麼無關緊要,現在第六天了,我行李送達了但我只來十天,我想要申請索賠,可以索賠多少啊,回台灣在索賠可以嗎?麻煩各位解答

    When your baggage is delayed, the airline (in theory) should allow incidental expense reimbursement so that you can purchase necessities to use.

    Since loss and/or damage is not the case, no compensation except the reimbursement is due.

    However, usually, the airlines (regardless) will extend some "goodwill gesture" as apology.

    As soon as you have a valid case number, you can complete the process in Taiwan.
