Great workout plan for teenage girl?

I want a summer body, i have my diet plan figured out & everything. I just need some workouts i can do to flatten my belly. I'm not excessively fat but i am fat from my stomach only. i'm 14 btw. & i want workouts that could be done at home, my neighborhood is not quite safe. And also i have p.e in school like twice a week so i only do some running, i also play soccer twice a week for my school. i don't think this is enough for what i want. so please help! :)
