The naturist/nudist lifestyle is perfectly compatible with christianity or any other religion. All it requires is for the individual to do some thought and reconcile the two things in their minds/hearts. There are numerous websites and chat groups online for christian nudists, catholic nudists, etc. because there are people of all religions who can be found within the global naturist community. From what I've read, some naturist resorts and camps even have a small chapel where a minister or priest who's a member of the resort performs Sunday services for those religious guests who want to attend mass (everyone is still nude for services).
I'm not religious myself but it seems like nudism would be more compatible with christianity and related religions than non-nudism because nudists view the body as perfectly natural and beautiful and view a person as the whole person, not just a collection of fun body parts to be lusted over. Since the religion is opposed to lust and nudists don't lust over each others' bodies, while textiled (clothes-compulsive) people spend a great deal of time looking at other people in clothes, swimwear, etc. and have lusty thoughts about what their unclothed bodies must be like, I'd think religions would look more favorably on nudism as a way to rid the mind of lustful thoughts.
Anyway, long story short, yes , christians can be nudists and nudists can convert to christianity and still remain nudists.
naturist since 1990, non-believer since several years before that
