In which episode do we hear the names of Timmy's parents on The Fairly Odd Parents?

I saw a picture that said their names were Edgar and Clemence (or something like that). I asked what made him thing of that. He said it was in an older episode/movie. Can someone explain which One and when? A youtube link would also be appreciated. Thanks.

They never say, they just address them as "Timmy's mom" or "Timmy's dad".
