Look at the world, the so called 3rd world, which is basically countries with black/ brown people, are poor places. It's not an accident. Western civilisation was built on the labour of black/ brown people, their riches came from the land of these people too, and it was done through manipulation, theft and wars. It was necessary to oppress these people to advance their societies, so that their civilisation grew whilst the others failed. They took slaves, colonised countries, segregated societies along colour lines, killed off entire societies that they couldn't control, and made 'honorary whites' of those too strong to conquer like the chinese so they could be more acceptable to them.
Now the people they colonised have come to their richer countries to survive, the slaves they took are a part of them but still suffer discrimination, only the ones who entertain and are sporty and can make them money are allowed some 'freedom' to grow.
Your question can open you to so much history, if you are willing to look at the full picture for what it is .And believe it or not, there was a time when different races, indeed the black race whose people are so poor in your neighbourhood now, ruled the world.
