How can you find a US Bank routing number WITHOUT a check AND on SUNDAY (when banks are closed)?

Just having a hard time figuring why the routing number is not included in my online bank account next to my account number? Bank of America apparently has a "Show routing number" function. Why not US Bank? And it is Sunday, the banks are closed. So those that respond with the obvious "Call your bank" response can save some typing.

Update:

It is not on their website. I have scoured every corner and am currently on a phone waiting for 7 minutes... The routing number is definitely NOT on US Bank's website.

Actually, it usually ISN'T on the website. For US bank, you need to contact the bank to find the proper number anyway. National, and even regional banks have MULTIPLE routing numbers and the one that goes with your account depends on where the account was opened.

Many large banks have locations inside grocery, or similar stores with Sunday hours. Tomorrow is President's day in the US and most banks will be closed. The customer service phone number is probably your best option, even if you have to hold for a while.

When you need to locate a check routing number, you need to find the nine-digit number used to identify the bank associated with that checking account. Commonly referred to simply as a routing number, the ABA routing number proves that the bank is a federal or state chartered institution and that it has the option of maintaining an account with the Federal Reserve. Since 1911, Accuity has been the official registrar of American Bankers Association routing numbers. While an account number identifies your specific account with a bank, the routing number identifies the bank that you use. Routing numbers are necessary most often when you need to reorder checks or set up direct a deposit or if you are paying bills by phone using a check

Bank of America has only one routing number per state for the majority of states. I found through a Google search 5 routing numbers for US Bank just for Minnesota alone.

Banks are closed on Sunday. But the 800 numbers are usually open Sundays, at least at the major banks.

You can go to http://www.bankofamericaroutingnumber.com Yes, there's a site for that. Looks like it has all Bank of America routing numbers from California to New York.

Maybe not a year ago.. But if anyone comes across this anytime soon it is on us bank's website. Just click on the checking account you want, where it tells you how much you have in your account. It then brings up your past history of transactions and blah blah, on the left side it says "I'd like to.." with a menu. At the very top under "View" the 3rd down on the list says "Full account and routing number"

    BAM.

    • 2nd down on the list, not 3rd sorry. But I'm sure you won't miss it once you got that far anyway.

Bank of America has branches inside grocery stores which are open on Sundays from 10AM to 4PM.

Your bank statement should have an 800 number that is staffed on Sundays for limited hours.

Your online banking should have a help/chat feature staffed for limited hours on Sunday.

reverse phone number search compiles hundreds of millions of phone book records to help locate the owner's name, location, time zone, email and other public information.

Use a reverse phone lookup to:

Get the identity of an unknown caller.

    Identify an area code.

Recall the name of a person whose number you wrote down.

Identify an unfamiliar phone number that shows up on your bill.
