那是User Profile文件檔有問題，最簡單的方法是重新弄一個。方法如下：1) 建立新Acct，把它列為Administrator組

2) 用這新建Acct Logon windows

3) 開 Control Panel，在右上方的Search 打進 "profile"

4) 按下"Configure advanced user profile properties"

5) "User Profiles" 視窗彈出

6) 選下有問題那個acct，再按"Delete" button

7) 登出

8) 用有問題那個acct登入

9) 可以把第一步弄的那個acct delete/disable
