why do doctors have messy handwriting?

    Messy or fancy? They probably sign so many documents that they don't even realise how rediculous it looks stretching one letter across the whole width of the page. I agree with you, that most doctors I've seen have really strange hand writing but it's not too big of a deal to me.

    Many times they write messy on purpose so only the pharmacist may understand.

    However , if an MD wants to improve their handwriting they can get the video " Anyone Can Improve Their Own Handwriting".

    Either they're writing really fast or as children no one taught them how to write neatly.
