    There are a surprising number - .22 WMR, .17 HM2, .22 Hornet, FN5.7, .222, .223, .204 Ruger, .220 Swift, 218 Bee, 22-250 ...

    These are pretty much all rifle rounds and there are a bunch more.

    As far as the actual CALIBER goes, probably a .223 would be the next smallest after the two you listed. As for the entire bullet being small, maybe look at a 9mm?

    .22 and .17 are common cartridges, there are homemade guns and rare guns that sport smaller calibers such as pocket pistols and desk guns.
