Books like Harry Potter, Divergent Trilogy??

I really enjoy any good dystopian, fantasy, supernatural books. But i'm really not interested in vampires, and wolves, so please do not give me books like Twilight. I'm also interested in more mature books. People recommended me the Percy Jackson series, but after reading a few of the books, i was shocked at how childish it was! I'm 16 right now, and I would like books that are targeted around my name or higher.

I read and really loved these books:

-The Harry Potter Series

-The Inheritance Cycle (Eragon, Eldest..etc)

-The Hunger Games

-Divergent Trilogy

    Supernatural books:

I used to be a big fan Beautiful Creatures (its a trilogy or a series, idk which one) but after the second book I stopped reading. I don't read much supernatural anymore.

The trylle trilogy was pretty good. Both of these are kind of paranormal romances, idk if you would like that or not.

I was a fan of the Inkworld trilogy in elementary (don't worry, its nothing childish like Percy Jackson) but know I have gotten bored of it.

Anway, I love all the books that you mentioned, so our tastes must be similar! I also found Rick Riordan's books childish, even his new series (no hate, just an opinion) so please check out the sci-fi books i mentioned. you won't regret it!

p.s. night is also a good historical fiction/slightly fantasy? book...

The Maze Runner series by James Dashner

    Lord of the Rings

I recently read the Perks of Being a Wallflower by Stephen Chbosky. I LOVED it and definitely recommend it. The Fault in Our Stars by John Green is also good.

Try Nokosee: Rise of the New Seminole and its sequel Nokosee & Stormy: Love & Bullets. Both are contemporary "pre-dystopian" books where the world is on the tipping point of environmental collapse written from a 17-year-old girl's POV. They come with lots of action and adventure and Stormy Jones, the girl in the stories, is a tsundere character (as is Nokosee) that will stick with you for a long time. She's far from perfect but she's real enough to want to love her and pull for her during her life on the run with Nokosee.

I loved Divergent, but I guess honestly, I don't want to read Harry Potter because I'm not interested in magic books

The maze runner was awesome and another good one is the dustlands book's the first one is called blood red road. The format is a bit strange but once you get into it you don't even notice

This isn't a series, but it's really good! It's called Paranormalcy, by Kiersten White. Another good book is Touching Spirit Bear. I'm not exactly sure who it's by, but it's really good :) I hope I helped :)
