Why is only eating 500 calories that bad?
All I've been hearing from everyone I know is eating only 500 calories a day is bad. The thing is I'd try to eat more but once I look at something to eat, I just wanna throw up. I'll have 500 calories and be good through out the day. But everyone says it's very unhealthy

Your body naturally burns more than 500 calories a day. Think of Calories as energy, the more calories you intake, the more energy is distributed through out your body. You need to intake more calories than you burn in a day or else your body isn't getting the energy it needs.
It is bad because your body functions off this energy, and if you are burning more than you intake...eventually your tank will hit empty. What happens to a car when its tank is empty?

Because 500 calories a day will make you anorexic? That's only one meal.
