How many calories should I have daily?

I'm 14, 5'0 and 113 lbs. I'm currently only eating 500 calories to loose weight. But how much is the regular amount?

    Eating only 500 calories a day is really unhealthy!! You should seek help. A healthy amount of calories to eat in a day is 1200-1800. I hope you start to eat more and become healthier, good luck! :)

    500 is wayyyyy too low. You should find out how many calories you burn in a day. Then just eat slightly less. No weight loss program or diet should make you lose weight rapidly. It takes time. If not then it can be very unhealthy for you.

    A normal amount is ranged from 1500 to 2000 a day. You really shouldn't be eating only 500 a day, that's extremely dangerous, especially for your age and height.

    2,000 but it depends on how much physical activity you do
