Israel is not and never was in Canada. You must be confused. Israel is the name of a country. And if you're talking about Israelis, the people, they are not all from Canada either. I'm sure there are a few, but the vast majority were either born in Israel or moved there from somewhere else, but that "somewhere else" could be anywhere around the world.

If you want to know about Israel and need a starting point, perhaps you should try Wikipedia to get an overview.

From there you can try the Jewish Virtual Library to get an accurate description of things. There are a lot of negative things on the Internet against Israel, but this site is a good one with lots of info. Here is a list of different categories which might help you for your school project:

Questions coherent post what you know to want?

Here's a thought: Why don't you post questions that make sense? And do your OWN homework.

And, when you get to writing the final project, you need to write things that MAKE SENSE. Your teacher is going to be very disappointed if you hand anything in like this question.
