    Don't forget to supply what units you are working with!

    (342 + 24.5) = apparent V of 366.5m/sec.

    a) (366.5/342) x 400 = 428.655Hz.

    b) 428.655Hz.

    Both formulas are in your textbook (well explained) and hopefully in your notebook. Just plug in the numbers and get your answers; you can't go wrong.
