No, there are actual several islands

In the book, the park was located on Isla Nublar. An island about 150-200 miles off the coast of Costa Rica. A second island, Isla Sonra, was used as a research facility and halfway point between the island and the mainland.

In the first movie, only Isla Nublar is mentioned, (though Isla Sorna is hinted at). In the second film We find out about the second island and that is the setting of the film. The third movie also takes place on Isla Sorna.

In related media (video games and books) Isla Sorna is expanded to be apart of a chain of islands call Las Cinco Muertes (the five deaths). All five islands (plus Isla Nublar) were owned by InGen, but after events in the books and films. Dinosaurs inhabit all 6 islands. This is hinted at in the second film, but never gone into detail. In the second book, some dinosaurs even make it to the mainland.

Here is a map (all islands on map are fictional, only Isla Del Cano actually excists)
