sit 和take a seat都是坐下,那兩個差別在哪?差在語意的表達不同嗎?

1.擔任 serve as，所以應該加一個as：
How long have you served as the secretary of the board?
2.
(1)動詞後+受格(非主格)
(2)應為用現代完成式，而非現代完成被動式
has+been+Ved中been+Ved為被動式
(3)應為subsidized而非subsidizeed.
How long has the company subsidized us?
3.簡答nearly one year.
或以現在完成式強調到現在「已經」將近一年了：
It's has been nearly one year.
4.about介係詞後接動名詞，所以應為feel about running:
How do you feel about running our new office?
5.負責：take charge of
I will find someone to take charge of it.
