What should my mom make for dinner tonight?

Im 14 and everyday or we sometimes have the same things like pasta,salad,pizza,and chicken. But does anyone know of food that's good that my mom can make for dinner? If possible can you give the recipe and ingredients too. Thank you for your answers :)

    4 pieces of chicken

    2cups - 480ml milk

    2cups - 480ml coconut milk

    3tbsp - 3cs green curry paste

    Apple Sauce Pork Chops :

    2 cups applesauce

    1/3 cup sugar

    2 tablespoons soy sauce

    1 garlic clove, minced

    1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

    6 boneless pork chops, 1/2 inch thick

    2 tablespoons butter



    In a bowl, combine the applesauce, sugar, soy sauce, garlic and ginger; mix well and pour into a greased 13" X 9" X 2" baking dish.


    In a skillet, brown the pork chops in the butter.


    When browned on both sides, place over the applesauce mixture.


    Bake, uncovered, in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until meat is tender.

    Garlic Baked Potato:

    4 medium russet potatoes, scrubbed and rinsed

    3 tablespoons olive oil

    4 cloves garlic, minced and mashed against the cutting board with the flat of a knife

    1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed fine

    1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

    1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

    1/2 teaspoon paprika

    1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

    1 teaspoon salt


    Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

    Cut each potato in half lengthwise. Cut each half, lengthwise, into 4 equally sized wedges. Add the potato wedges to a large mixing bowl with the rest of the ingredients. Toss meticulously to coat the potatoes evenly.

    Line a sheet pan with foil. Place the potato wedges, skin side down, on the foil. Be sure to space evenly, so they cook uniformly. Bake for 35 minutes, or until well browned, crusty edged, and tender. Serve immediately, sprinkled with more salt if desired.

    Garlic Broccoli:

    2 lb. broccoli

    1/4 c. butter

    2 tbsp. olive oil or vegetable oil

    2 cloves garlic, minced or pressed

    1/2 tsp. dried rosemary

    Shredded Swiss or Mozzarella cheese (optional)

    Trim broccoli. Cut into individual flowerets, leaving the stems about 4 inches long. Place broccoli into vegetable steamer or into large pot with a small amount of water. Heat until water boils. Steam broccoli, covered, for 12 to 15 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp. Heat butter and olive oil in skillet. Add garlic and rosemary. Add broccoli to garlic butter and stir quickly over high heat until broccoli is coated.

    Transfer to warm serving dish. Pour any remaining garlic butter from pan over top of broccoli. Sprinkle broccoli with shredded Swiss or Mozzarella cheese, if used, and serve immediately or hold in warm oven until ready to serve.
