Dear Mr./Mrs. Xxxx,
As advised by TPC, your electricity bill NT1,855 remains outstanding
beyond the deadline, which will cause TPC to terminate your subscription
in two days. Please urgently do the necessary.
Alternatively, please settle the bill through Service Counter at the
2nd Floor. Thanks.

"do the necessary to" : 約7,140,000項結果
"do the necessaries to" : 約4,060項結果.
do the necessary
= do everything necessary
= do what is needed

Panda, "bill with electricity" is your phrase which I think illogical as well,
I said, electricity bill = bill of electricity (consumption)
Does it sound logical to your ears filled with noise?

所以 我的電力公司通知函裏 完全沒有提到是 electric bill or electricity bill, however, they do use "electric" in a lot of places...
And that's what I meant, sometimes there's no perfectly "right" English. What matters, sometimes, iis how people use it now.

I must be really bored...
The unitility company (TPC) has informed us of your overdue electric bill of NT$1,855. The meter will be removed in two days if the bill remained unpaid. Please take care of it ASAP.
You could also leave the payment with the secretary on the 2nd floor. Thank you.

2. Convinient or not, you better take care of it soon:-)
3. For a mere NT$1,855, TPC will cut off the utility...man, that's mean!

Dear Ms. Princess,
TaiPower has notified us that, due to an unpaid bill of NT$1,855, your electricity meter is going to be disabled (in 2 days). Please pay your current bill at your earliest convenience.
Or you may choose to pay at the secretary counter at the second floor. They will be happy to transfer the payment on your behalf.
How do you translate this passage? Thanks!
