Service Members - What is YOUR favorite version / style of our National Anthem?
We hear SO many versions... I personally despise the "warbling" versions by female and male popstars (think Maria Carey).
I have TWO versions I favor -

But I do not like the flagrant disregard for our country as a Christian nation that was blessed because we blessed God too.
these are the things I hold dear and it is so sad to see the likes of Obama trodding on our country as if it was his playpen. he is no baby but he sure acts like one.
We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence,[note 1] promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.
Some where obama thought he could change our country to his ideas and make us like him.
I stand for the former America that won wars and helped those who needed help.
I praise the Lord that Obama will never change those who believe in God and our country.

I do not watch sports but on rare occasion so do not see as many versions as others....BUT I once was fixing a device @ USF that was right behind the stage area in the cafateria. Huey Lewis was the performer that day. The guy I called to help figure out how to remove a jammed cassette without damageing other things kept suggesting I was in a bar with the women that had let me in this locked room. Huey was great and I have heard him on local radio doing a capella......but I have also been present for Tony Bennett doing a capella....I would love to hear him do it.
As for the morons like Rosanne Barr and many others either unable to carry a tune or not knowing the lyrics we should support legislation like other countries have.....desecrate the Flag or screw up the countries song/national anthem let them hang from the highest limb.....or am I being influenced by the Founders video I have on talking about John Hancock and Sam Adams (History Channel DVD)

The song sucks.
"America the Beautiful" would be a better national anthem.
