When is the moon on its highest point?

there is 4 general faces of the moon but wich one is it at its highest level?

    Your question is profoundly unclear. What do you actually mean? There are a few possibilities that come to mind:

    1 If you mean, when is the moon furthest from the earth, that is when it is at apogee in its monthly orbit around the earth. You can look that up easily enough.

    2 If you mean when is it highest in the sky, the answer is when its (southern or northern, depending on which hemisphere you are in) decination is highest, and when it is due south of you. For example, around now, close to the winter solstice, the moon would be highest in a northern sky at around midnight when full.
