Well, so far, none of the other answerers knows anything about Messianic Judaism.
Some Messianics (Jewish or Gentile) believe the Talmud is applicable to their lives and a great many don't.
For example, FFOZ is a good example of one branch of Messianic Judaism (Jews and Gentiles) that considers it VERY important and much applicable to the following of the Jewish Messiah, Yeshua. They oft quote RamBam aka Maimonides, the author of the Talmud (who rejected Jesus aka Yeshua as Messiah).
A great many Nazarenes (the first kind of Jews accepting the Messiah, hence "Messianics") don't.
Some Messianics go all the way to include Talmud, Mishnah and Gemara. Most have enough trouble with Torah.
