    No. Most do, but some do not.

    Red blood cells don't contain any chromosomes.

    Gametes (sex cells) contain 23 chromosomes.

    Cancer cells may contain 46, but often contain significantly more chromosomes.

    Everything else, the majority of the cells in the body, contain 46 chromosomes though.

    Every cell contains the 46 chromosomes except the ova and the sperm, which contain 23.
