what's the difference between mochi, daifuku and dango?
I know that they are all made out of glutinous rice and are sticky and sweet and i love all of them, but what exactly is the difference between them?

No difference they are all dumplings made from glutinous rice flour. Apart from the type of fillings used from red beans paste, ground peanuts sugar, ice cream even savory like minced meat and the method of cooking either deep fried, steam or boiled in soup, the skin is still made from sticky rice flour.
