Released in Japanese theatres. You will never be able to watch it until it is released in DVD format which is when the ripping/pirating/torrenting/downloading/illegally posting online/streaming will happen. Usually doesn't happen until 4 - 6 months after theatrical release.

Yes, they did release it. IN THEATERS IN JAPAN. You can't watch it online.
