Does sumo deadlift workout more glutes than regular one?

There isnt much in it glute wise. Sumo is of course wider which may relieve some curvature from the spine especially if you are "long-limbed" and find that your back naturally arches more when bending over.
I once read that someone who is training for sport (the main one being football [american]) should stick with normal deads, but that isn't your question.
The short answer is no, there could be some variance, but it doesn't stand out.
