Is there such thing as a Plastic Capacitive touch screen?

Does the screen feel like the resistive touch screen where you have to press down hard, or can you lightly touch the capacitive screen even through it is made of plastic? Thanks

It feels just like the resistive screen, maybe slightly lighter touch with the capacitive screen. You can't operate the capacitive screen one with gloves on, unless you get special conductive gloves. So in some cases the old resistive screens are better. Water and oil on the capacitive screen can also cause problems because the electronics might not be able to tell if it is really your finger or the water on another part of the screen.
