No it doesn't, and static magnets do not influence course of disease beyond placebo. See for instance this study: http://jama.ama-assn.org/content/290/11/1474.full....

No, it doesn't. When you get an MRI scan, extremely powerful magnets are used for this and no one's blood flow does anything special...Source(s): Doctor

no magnets do not affenct the blood but since blood is paramagnetic in nature, magnetic lines can pass throught it. i hope you have heard about some spas using mangnet. these spas are based on this principle. putting the magnet in the right position can reduce pain(that what our teacher said)
