Best way to balance multi sport training?

I've been a runner for 3 years, but want to do more cross sport training so that I can start doing triathlons as well. I currently workout about 90-120 minutes pretty much every day. I run 4 or 5 days a week and cross train with minimal cycling and strength training 2 or 3 days a week. I don't swim consistently. I want a more even split between run, cycle, swim, and strength. Anyone have any suggestions for what combinations on what days are best, and how many sessions of each activity I should aim for?

Go to the library or book store, or amazon and get a copy of Joel Friel's "The Triathlete's Training Bible".

if you don't already have one buy a Garmin 310 XT GPS/HRM (or 910 with the Triathlon Bundle {if you can afford it}).
