Please help me solve this, I cant figure out the equation to calculate less than. Thanks!

"A crooked coin has a 71% probability of heads, we tossed it 6 times, what is the probability of getting less than 4 heads?

binomdist with n = 6, p = 0.71, q = 0.29
P[x<4] = sum of C(6,x) *0.71^x *0.29^(6-x) for x = 0 to 3
