    binomdist with n = 6, p = 0.71, q = 0.29

    P[x<4] = sum of C(6,x) *0.71^x *0.29^(6-x) for x = 0 to 3

    = 0.2374

Unclear problem statement. Do you mean that the probability derived from 6 tosses of a head is 71%?
