Would a 100%-efficient automobile engine that is transferring all of the fuel's energy to work be warm?

Would the exhaust make the air around it warm? Would it make any noise? Would it vibrate? Would any of its fuel go unused?

It does not get hot or warm, make any sound, vibrate, no unused fuel ===> No energy available for that

No, and consequently why a hundred% performance is very almost impossible to realize. warmth is ability, yet that very ability would not make a contribution to the vehicle's paintings executed, and consequently is information of inefficiency.
