what are some semi-healthy/ healthy things to eat for dinner if?

You've worked a long day and are too tired to cook. You've already eaten breakfast and lunch and you don't eat beef or pork?

    I would have soup and toast occasionally, perhaps sandwiches other nights, pizzas occasionally. I would depend on what I had at lunch time and may try to make something at the weekend that I can have during the week.

    Steamed or Stir fried vegetables with stir fried chicken or baked chicken, Lentil Soup (lentils cook really fast) or a plain salad with vinaigrette would be good.

    Eat an salad or some fruits and vegetables. It will help you stay full throughout the night.
